Parenting At The Heart
Launching February 2026
ONZ P.A.T.H (Parenting At The Heart) is a family-focused organisation dedicated to supporting parents and carers of children aged 2–17 years. We provide evidence-based parenting interventions, one-to-one support, and group programmes/workshops that help families build stronger relationships, reduce challenging behaviours, and promote children’s wellbeing.

Empowering - Nurturing - Transforming
Our approach is rooted in Social Learning Theory and guided by proven frameworks such as Incredible Years, Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities (SFSC), Guided Self-Help, and Personalised Individual Parent Training (PIPT). We believe that when parents are equipped with the right tools and confidence, children thrive at home, at school, and in the community.

Our Values & Ethos
At ONZ P.A.T.H (Parenting At The Heart), we believe that meaningful change begins within the home.
Our work is grounded in three core principles — Empowering, Nurturing, and Transforming — which guide every interaction with the parents, families, and communities we serve.
At ONZ P.A.T.H, we are driven by the belief that true change begins at the heart of the family. By empowering parents, nurturing connection, and transforming lives, we create pathways of healing, confidence, and growth. Our approach blends compassion with evidence-based practice, ensuring that every family we walk alongside experiences both emotional warmth and practical support. We stand for hope, dignity, and the power of relationships to renew lives—one family at a time.

Empowering
We empower parents to lead with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
Through guided self-reflection, practical tools, and therapeutic understanding, we help parents rediscover their inner strength and wisdom.
Empowerment at ONZ P.A.T.H means giving parents ownership of their journey and the confidence to create lasting positive change at home.
Nurturing
We nurture connection — within families, communities, and ourselves.
Our approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and respect, creating safe spaces where parents feel heard, supported, and valued.
We recognise that growth is a process; every conversation, every small step, is part of a wider journey toward emotional safety and stronger family bonds.
Transforming
Transformation happens when empowerment and nurture come together.
We see transformation in the renewed confidence of parents, the improved communication in families, and the ripple effects across schools and communities.
At ONZ P.A.T.H, transformation is not a destination — it’s a lived experience of healing, growth, and purpose.
